Debra and Randy were phenomenal!!! So helpful and so efficient. We came back after the hurricane to find our floors completely ruined. Randy came in and helped us decide on what to do and Debra followed up with organizing the quick installation date and invoicing. I would definitely recommend them to anyone.
Be aware that if Bob's does your bathroom, they will uninstall your toilet and then won't reinstall it.
Having said that, they did an excellent job on the floor. They took the extra time to level the floor, got all the different angles correct, were on time, and courteous. The quarter round and thresholds are perfect. Am extremely pleased with how the floor turned out.

Excellent selections, friendly staff and reasonable prices.
While I was not in to purchase flooring, actually needed discontinued samples but that's another story, I was very pleased with the interaction.
It must be a prerequisite of this company that their people are first just really nice people.
Looking forward to what has been for many years now a monthly visit to Bob's for these much needed carpet samples just now here in St Pete.
