Mike was awesome in his knowledge and guidance to the right new carpet for our home.
When the carpet was installed, the seam didn’t line up well. Bob’s contacted the manufacturer and got a warranty replacement approved quickly. They then pulled the bad carpet and replaced it quickly. Noe it looks great.

Michael Norris is our salesman, estimator, customer service representative, etc, etc. Michael is easygoing and friendly - (Midwestern traits~) He worked with us regarding carpet quality, durability, pet stain resistance, and of course - price. He offered very flexible installation options. We are very pleased with our new carpeting!
